After selecting the fish that you would like to purchase, please contact us by sending an email with the fish order number that is listed under it along with your name, telephone #, address, email, and payment method ( Paypal, check, or money order only )

We will then contact you shortly with the total amount due with shipping charges.

After receipt of payment, we will contact you to make shipping arrangements. Fish can be shipped Monday - Wednesday only for next day morning delivery by 10:30 a.m.

All fish will arrive to your door healthy and happy! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS except: in the sad event that a DOA (dead on arrival) loss occurs, a refund will be issued (less shipping charges) after sending a picture of said DOA fish in a container of water showing it expired on bottom or expired at surface and provided that customer was at receiving location at scheduled delivery time. There will be no DOA refunds made after 2 hours of receiving fish shipment! GOLDFISH GALAXY will not be responsible for DOA due to shipping institution delay. Every effort is made to represent the fish in an honest manner, and all pictures are of the actual fish that you are purchasing.

Shipping charges usually run about $50.00 - $80.00 (U.S.), but will vary depending on your location. If you order more than one fish, we can combine the orders to save on shipping costs.
